2.2. To place an order online, Customers must:
* Add desired products to their shopping cart.
* Proceed to checkout and provide required personal and payment information.
* Review and confirm their order.
2.3. Customers will receive an automated email confirmation of their order.
3. Payment Terms
3.1. We accept the following payment methods:
* Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
* Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
* Cash on Delivery (COD) for in-store collections only
3.2. Payment is due at the time of order placement.

4. Pricing and Availability
4.1. Prices listed on our website are inclusive of VAT (Value-Added Tax) at the prevailing rate.
4.2. Prices may be subject to change without notice.
4.3. We strive to maintain accurate product availability information. However, if an ordered product is unavailable, we will:
* Notify the Customer via email or phone.
* Offer alternatives or a full refund.
5. Delivery
5.1. Delivery options:
* Standard shipping (3-5 business days)
* Express shipping (1-2 business days)
* In-store collection
5.2. Delivery fees will be calculated based on the Customer’s location and chosen delivery method.
5.3. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
6. Cancellation and Returns
6.1. Customers may cancel orders within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not been processed for shipping.
6.2. Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
* Products must be in original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
* Customer must provide proof of purchase.
* Returns will incur a 10% handling fee.
6.3. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving returned products.
7. Warranty and Liability
7.1. Cycle Edge warrants that products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from date of purchase.
7.2. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing, accompanied by proof of purchase.
7.3. Cycle Edge will not be liable for damages or losses arising from misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
8. Services
8.1. Cycle Edge offers various services, including bike maintenance, repairs, and customization.
8.2. Service quotes are valid for 7 days from date of issue.
8.3. Payment for services is due upon completion.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
9.2. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act 42 of 1965.
10. Changes to Order Policy
10.1. Cycle Edge reserves the right to modify this Order Policy at any time.
10.2. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
